The Details

Weekly group healing sessions.

This monthly membership is ideal if you would like to improve your overall health & well-being in a group setting. Every week includes:

  • Group BodyTalk energy healing sessions – join live or watch later on demand
  • Community support with like-minded people, with time for discussion and Q&A
  • Journal prompts for self-inquiry
  • Challenges, including healing techniques I teach

The weekly group sessions are quick and highly effective. The sessions are 20 minutes long, with an optional 5 – 10 minutes afterward allotted for questions, group shares and connection. All sessions are recorded and emailed out within 24 hours. You are encouraged to join live if possible as there will be opportunities to connect with other like-minded individuals in the group, but can be watched on demand later if the time doesn’t align with your schedule.

Membership auto-renews every month and can be cancelled at anytime.

Thursdays (8:30am Mountain Time) for INTENTIONS which are open sessions where you show up with intentions of things you’d like to work on which guide the sessions.

Tuesdays (12:00pm Mountain Time) for TOPICS that change monthly. Each month will feature a LOTUSWEI flower essence product aligned with the monthly topics, which can be purchased separately (optional).
