Terms and Conditions

 By scheduling a session, event or service, you also affirm that you understand that the session provided by Laura Como, Certified BodyTalk Practitioner, is intended to enhance relaxation and increase communication within areas of the body. You also understand that Light and Wellness is not a substitute for medical treatment or medications. You are aware that Laura Como does not diagnose or treat illness or disease.

You understand that all Light and Wellness sessions and programs are not a substitute for medical advice or treatment. You agree to notify the practitioner of any serious health conditions before beginning any session or program. If at any time your health condition changes, you agree to inform the practitioner.

You understand that participation in any session is always voluntary and that you may choose to end your participation at any time.

You understand that information exchanged during any session is educational in nature and is to be used at your own discretion.

You understand that by providing this informed consent you are assuming full responsibility for the session and hold harmless Laura Como, Light and Wellness, and the facility/location where the session is provided.

All purchases are non-refundable. Purchase balances can be transferred, gifted, or applied toward another Light and Wellness service or program.

Except in the case of gross negligence or malpractice, you or your representative(s) agree to fully release and hold harmless Light and Wellness, LLC from and against any and all claims or liability of whatsoever kind or nature arising out of or in connection with your participation in any Light and Wellness individual session or group program.

Cancellation Policy

We require at least 18 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule appointments. If you are unable to make it to your appointment at the scheduled time, your session will be converted to a remote healing session and a recording of your session will be sent to you.

If you are unable to attend your session live, please let Laura know so she’s not waiting for you and can start your remote healing session on time.

Payment is due at the time of the scheduled session.
